Exchanges & Returns:

We sincerely appreciate your business and trust that you will love your item! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at info@moderngrease.com and let us know what's up. We will make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase as we are committed to making your shopping experience with Modern Grease a positive one. We do have a return & exchange policy in place. More detailed information can be found below.

All returns and exchange requests require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items returned without an RMA will be returned to sender as our warehouse cannot process returns without this piece of information.


Exchanges:

Simply send us an email and we'll send back an email with instructions for our easy exchange process.

Please note that any additional shipping charges paid as part of the original transaction are not refundable (ie: upgraded shipping such as priority mail, express mail or any international shipping charges.)

All exchanges must be returned within 14 days of approval.


Returns:

If you would like to return your item for any reason, the first step is to send an email to info@moderngrease.com. Please include your original order number in the subject line of the email - for example: "RMA Request - Order# 12345"

You will then be emailed the RMA number and the address for returning the item.

Any items returned to our warehouse without first obtaining a RMA may be refused.

Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping must be paid by buyer.

Items returned in worn, soiled or damaged condition will NOT be refunded.

Please take the time to fold the unworn item neatly and place it back in its original clear poly bag just as you received it. If the item arrived with tags attached, then those need to still be attached.

All request for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of product. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the RMA issue date. Items received outside the 14 day return window will incur a 15% restocking fee (international customers have an additional time allowance)

Please allow 3 - 5 business days from time of receipt by our warehouse for your return to be processed and the refund to be issued. Upon being processed your refund will be issued which can take a few more days to show up in your account.


Finally, we do make mistakes from time to time and sometimes there may be a defect that is missed. In those cases, please email us and we will work with you on a personal level to resolve the problem.


Shipping:

We ship using the US Postal Service - all US customers receive an automatic tracking number.

We offer FedEx for Next Day Delivery shipments to the USA.


We ship International using the US Postal Service. However, we do NOT ship to Indonesia!


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

International Governments prohibit us from putting "Gift" on international packages.

We are not responsible for banned or prohibited items seized in your country. You are expected to know what is accepted in your country before buying.
